First issue of this rare Wobblie-inspired zine out of New York, apparently published by a group of young members of the IWW 450, a printers union. RESURGENCE ran at least 12 issues (through 1967) and in addition to labor-related articles and manifestos included pieces on rock-and-roll as well as poetry. OCLC locates only five scattered holdings, all with significantly incomplete runs. With clear anarchist leanings and Provo sympathies, a godfather of sorts to the Occupy movement.
