Reproduces two articles resulting from Gertrude Stein's medical studies at Johns Hopkins. The first, "Normal Motor Automatism" from the PSYCHOLOGICAL REVIEW, Sept. 1896, was not actually authored by Stein, but she was listed as co-author with Solomons. The second, "Motor Automatism" in the May 1898 issue of the same publication, was Stein's first published work.
